Wildflower Juniper Springs was planned by one of the country's most respected town planners, developed by a Texas company that builds neighborhoods for the people who serve their communities, and built by an affiliate of one of the state's longest-running homebuilders.

Founded in 1980 by Andrés Duany and Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk, DPZ is the firm behind Seaside, Florida, and a co-founder of the Congress for the New Urbanism. Over four decades and more than 300 plans, the firm has shaped how America thinks about walkable neighborhoods.
At Wildflower, DPZ laid out the streets, the pond and the parks so that every home has a porch facing its neighbors and open space within a short walk.
