Inside Juniper Springs, minutes from the square.

Wildflower sits inside Juniper Springs, a new master-planned community on the north side of Lockhart, Texas. A spring-fed creek, a trail network, an elementary school at the entrance and more than a third of the land kept as open space, with the historic courthouse square about ten minutes away and the Austin airport about thirty.

The community around you

A creek, a school and room to roam.

Juniper Springs is planned to grow to roughly 1,400 homes over several phases, with its parks, trails and school shared by everyone who lives here, including Wildflower residents.

Getting around

Small-town streets, big-city reach.

Lockhart sits between Austin and San Antonio with quick access to SH-130, US-183 and SH-21, so the airport, southeast Austin's employers and the I-35 corridor are all an easy drive without the traffic of living in the middle of it.

Drive times are typical estimates and vary with traffic.

Lockhart, Texas

The barbecue capital of Texas, with a square to match.

Lockhart's historic downtown wraps around the Caldwell County courthouse: restaurants, shops, a museum, the library and art galleries, all within a few blocks. The town's barbecue joints draw visitors from across the state, and Lockhart State Park adds a golf course, trails and a swimming pool a few minutes south.

It is a real town with a real center, not a subdivision off a frontage road.
